This hotel exceeded all our expectations. First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was cozy and had a beautiful view of the mountains. We loved waking up to the sight of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier in the distance from our large balcony. The location of this hotel was perfect, being close to both the lake and the mountains. The bus stop right next to the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the area. The breakfast provided was tasty and had a good variety of options, including a special hot egg platter on request.

The attentive hosts, Herbert and Emmy, ensure that the rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast served by Emmy is varied and delicious, with a wide selection of high-quality meats, cheeses, bread, cereals. The hotel's convenient location, just a short stroll away from the town of Kaprun, makes it an excellent choice for exploring the area.

My xmas experience at this hotel was wonderful! the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and a bus stop right outside the door. the breathtaking views of the mountains were a highlight of my stay, and the sauna at the end of a long day on the slopes was a real treat. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking in variety and taste. the rooms were a bit cramped and could have been more spacious.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains and isn't too far from a nice lake. the room is cozy and comfortable. the bathroom is clean and has good fixtures. the staff is friendly and always happy to help. the breakfast is adequate with some healthy options. the sauna is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

The elevator is missing, so it might be a bit difficult to reach the higher floors with heavy luggage.
